Thanks for putting up all these photos of Croatia. With a bit of luck My wife and I might be going there next year. Any suggestions?

Of course, heaps of them. Drop me an e-mail with your interests (history, nature, people, lying on the beach, islands, sports…) and I will give you many ideas. There are some really nice spots, still hidden from aggressive tourism. And, while you are there, you may as well come to Ljubljana. Or I’ll sit in my car and drive to Croatia to meet you guys. This could be real fun.

I’m pretty sure that we will go through Slovenia so it would be nice to meet up.
Both my wife and I aren’t that interested in lying on beaches (we’ve got plenty of that here). I think we’re most interested in scenic places, people and history.
We’re thinking of leasing a car in France and driving it to Turkey and back over two or three months. We’re also hoping to do some cycling down the Rhine and Mosel in Germany.
